A nonprofit national education association, SkillsUSA serves middle-school, high-school and college/postsecondary students preparing for careers in trade, technical and skilled service (including health) occupations.

Vocational Rehabilitation provides services to both Individuals with Disabilities and Employers. People with disabilities can work and take advantage of the opportunities available to the citizens of New Hampshire. Yet they face barriers that prevent them from achieving their goals. Vocational Rehabilitation assists persons with disabilities to achieve their employment goals.

Vocational Rehabilitation is a joint State/Federal program that seeks to empower people to make informed choices, build viable careers, and live more independently in the community.

WORK READY NH
WorkReadyNH is a practical, tuition-free program designed to meet the needs of job seekers and career builders by providing training in specific skills that employers are looking for in their current and future employees. Individuals can participate in a blend of online group and independent work where they will learn powerful soft skills and improve essential workplace skills through online self-paced tutorials.

Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adult
The Department of Labor and Department of Education created WIOA Adult, which is a federally-funded program that provides eligible adults (18+) who are unemployed or underemployed with career counseling and access to employment and training related services. WIOA can offer assistance with the cost of occupational training/required tools (up to $6,500), On-the-Job Training (OJT), support services (up to $1,500), etc.
