DESCRIPTION:Offered by Jobs for the Future \nUpskilling and reskilling are all the rage in a world where jobs are undergoing significant changes. The challenge for employers\, workers\, colleges and training providers alike\, however\, is how to keep ahead of trends and what models for upskilling and reskilling really work. The good news is that opportunity is within reach as a set of adjacent skills provide the bridge for workers to stay relevant. The problem is workers often don’t know where or how to acquire those skills and recent data shows that fewer adult learners are enrolling or remaining in postsecondary education. During this Office Hour\, we’ll examine how employers\, higher education institutions\, and other training providers can best serve learners in a workplace undergoing rapid transformation.
